RETURN POLICY: Within 21 days of date of purchase and accompanied with a receipt, qualified items may be returned for store credit or exchange. Items that do not qualify for exchange or store credit include clearance items (items discounted more than 20%), seasonal items, toiletries, food and special orders. Lamb's Ears reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges, at the discretion of the owners.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: In the case any item(s) have been damaged in shipping, notification via email (including images of damaged item(s)) must be received within 72 hours of receipt. Item(s) will be replaced, if available, or customer may opt for a refund or store credit.
